Shipping
How can I track my order?
To trace your order, you will receive a personal Track & Trace-code via e-mail. Click on the link in the e-mail to trace you order. Your order is traceable from the next morning after you placed your order. Your Track & Trace-code will become active when DHL scans your parcel for the first time.
How long will delivery take?
The estimated delivery date will be displayed at the checkout. Depending on the chosen delivery method this may vary between 1-4 business days. Check the Shipping page for more details.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Please let us know as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or modify your order. If the
order has not yet been scanned by the carrier, we might be able to make changes.
However, if you’ve already received a tracking number, it’s best to attempt any changes directly with the respective courier.
What if my parcel is delayed or lost?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service team. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. You can check at checkout or on our Shipping page to see if we deliver to your destination. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Will I have to pay duties or taxes?
Depending on your country’s regulations, duties and import taxes may apply. These will be clearly displayed at checkout if applicable.
Returns
How should I send back my order?

Can I return my online order in-store?
No, online purchases cannot be returned or exchanged in our stores. All returns must be processed through our return portal and with our return label.
How long can I return my order?
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your order within 14 days of receiving the order for a full refund. We will refund the purchase amount within 7 days of receiving the return.
What is the return fee?
Returning to us is on your own expense. When returning the item by post we would advise that you send the goods by special delivery. As we cannot accept any responsibility for items lost in the post. Postal charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods returned are faulty.
Please take a photo of the return label on the box and keep your shipping receipt. This prevents possible confusion during the return process.
Can I use the shoebox as shipping package?
All items that are returned should be packed in their original and undamaged packaging.
What documents should I add to the shipment?
Please include all original documents that came with your order, such as the return form and invoice/packing slip. This helps us process your return quickly and correctly.
Damaged and Warranty
What is your warranty policy?
All Meyba products are made to the highest quality standards. In the unlikely event that a product is damaged, we will review the damaged article and either replace or repair them free of charge. The warranty covers manufacturing and/or material defects. Normal day-to-day wear and tear is not covered.
What is the warranty policy outside the Netherlands?
Products that qualify for warranty but are used outside the Netherlands are able to be returned to the Meyba webshop after consultation. The shipping costs to our warehouse and the return to the customer are borne by the owner of the article.
